Synopsis:

Star race car Lightning McQueen (voice of Owen Wilson) and Mater tow truck unmatched (voice Larry Cable Guy) that carry the friendship between them into a new atmosphere, where they compete at the World's first Grand Prix to determine the fastest car in the world. But the road to the championship is filled with surprises when Mater was caught in an exciting adventure, which is the international espionage. Torn between helping the Lightning McQueen in the high-profile race and towing the line in a secret spy mission, Mater journey lead him on an explosive chase through the streets of Japan and Europe, lagging behind his friends and witnessed by the whole world. To compete in the World Grand Prix first to determine the fastest car in the world. During the adventure, Mater become distracted by international espionage, while Lightning McQueen continues to pursue to win the race. But a rocky road to a championship like the Mater is torn between helping the Lightning McQueen in the World Grand Prix and helped by a secret spy mission.
